Job Opportunity: HR ExecutiveWe are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our fast-growing team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting job seekers, managing their profiles, and ensuring successful job placement.Manage and update candidate profiles on relevant platforms.Apply to suitable job openings on behalf of candidates via Naukri and other platforms.Reach out to employees/recruiters for job referrals and ensure smooth communication.Send professional job application emails to potential employers.Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates to assess their skills and qualifications.Track and report on applications, interview status, and KPIs to optimize the hiring process.Key Requirements:0–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment/fresher hiring (freshers can apply).Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with job seekers and stakeholders.Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri and other popular recruitment platforms.Basic knowledge of email drafting and professional communication to convey essential information.Good organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Note:Complete training will be provided – you just need to be willing to learn and take ownership of your role.
