As a seasoned HCM specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end cloud solutions to clients. Your expertise in payroll functional should span both Indian and US legislation, with a strong track record of implementing projects from requirement gathering to production support.Develop detailed functional specification documents and test cases for HCM cloud solutions.Work independently or as part of a team to deliver projects within tight deadlines.Analyze and solve complex business requirements, integrating payroll with absences and costings to General Ledger and PPM modules.At least 4+ years of experience in cloud payroll solutions preferably for India and US legislation.Experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, SIT, UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc.Strong track record of delivering HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
