Pricing and Revenue Analyst RoleWe are seeking an experienced Pricing and Revenue Analyst to drive business growth through strategic pricing decisions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, creating data-driven pricing strategies, and monitoring financial and revenue performance.Manage dynamic pricing and availability using advanced analytics tools like Pricelabs.Analyze key performance metrics such as occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), pacing, and market trends to inform pricing decisions.Support the development of annual revenue projections for new listings and markets, ensuring accurate forecasting and optimization.Adjust pricing strategies in real-time to balance revenue and occupancy optimization, driving maximum profitability.Build and maintain comprehensive reports using Google Sheets and Excel, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to communicate recommendations effectively and drive business outcomes.Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in pricing analysis and strategy development.Proven experience working with pricing tools like Pricelabs and demonstrated expertise in pricing analytics.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with experience building and maintaining complex reports.Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Bonus points for experience with Python, especially Pandas & Numpy, and tools like Streamlit for data visualization.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.A competitive compensation package, including bonuses and benefits.The chance to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for pricing and revenue analysis.
