Growth & Operations Manager Own the Growth. Lead Operations. Shape a Brand. We are a fast-growing, multi-channel coffee and café brand with: * 3 cafés, 2 kiosksand multi B2B partnerships * Online delivery through Swiggy & Zomato * Franchise operations across cities * E-commerce coffee bean sales on Amazon We are looking for a Growth & Operations Manager who can take full ownership of business growth and operations across all channels. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the founder and shape the future of a premium, high-growth brand.
