The selected individual must be proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage executives' schedules, handle emails and messages, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate insightful reports, prepare spreadsheets, and dashboards.Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized records, and manage file systems.Research: Conduct online research to gather relevant data and information and prepare summaries and reports.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of full-time corporate work experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's/ Master's degreeAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.Schedule and Work Environment:This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. A quiet and brightly illuminated workspace is required. The ideal candidate should have a laptop with minimum 8GB RAM, I5 8th gen processor, 720P webcam, headset, and a reliable ISP with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
