You will be asked to contribute, given ownership, and will be expected to make your voice heard.Job OverviewMonitor data support issues and fix them within defined guidelines or escalate them to the right person.Work collaboratively to maintain operational excellence by delivering high-quality, timely ticket resolution and exceptional service.Proactively engage in the support process, not afraid to raise issues, questions, and speak up.Provide inputs and feedback on improving the overall Support process.Enhance current documentation by adding new guidelines and updating the old ones.Monitor data support issues within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).Required Skills and QualificationsExperience working with Python, preferably Python libraries like Pandas.Databases: SQL.Experience working with AWS services like S3, Redshift, etc.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, applying generalized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to specific cases.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including documenting findings, communicating status, and outlining next steps.Able to judge when issues should be escalated to L2 support.Good at troubleshooting issues and finding the root cause as per the defined SOP.BenefitsThis remote opportunity involves rotational shifts, including both night and weekend shifts.The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.A Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.Prior experience working with tickets in JIRA is a plus.B2B financial services or alternative asset management experience is a plus.],
