Job Title: SAP ABAP HR Consultant Experience: 7+ Years Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) using SAP ABAP HR. Create and enhance custom infotypes as per business requirements. Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and SAP Payroll systems. Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and issue resolution. Ensure all development follows SAP best practices and coding standards. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions. Support HR processes such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY). Required Technical Skills Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR. Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, DDIC, Function Modules, Smartforms, BAPIs, BADIs. Experience with OOABAP and latest ABAP 7.4+ syntax. Hands-on experience in RICEF development and enhancements. Good understanding of SAP HR modules: PA, OM, PT, and Payroll. Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with ECC/ECP using Point-to-Point (P2P) and Business Integration Builder (BIB). Experience in employee data replication, error handling, and payroll-related interface support. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Core Data Services (CDS) Views. Experience with OData APIs, custom RFCs, and SAP Cloud Integration (SCI/CPI).
