Job Title: AI/ML BuilderAs an AI/ML professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities. This role requires strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of generative AI to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.Salesforce + AI/ML Development:Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.Develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-time automation, forecasting, scoring, and decision-making.Generative AI & Intelligent Automation:Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and Large Language Models (LLMs) for contextual understanding inside Salesforce workflows.Create custom AI-powered automation solutions including Einstein Bots and bespoke chatbots for sales and service processes.Key Responsibilities include design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Additionally, developing and deploying AI/ML models for real-time automation, forecasting, scoring, and decision-making is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline is necessary along with 5-7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation. Strong expertise in AI/ML model building and deployment for real-time automation is also essential. Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions with Salesforce CRM (Einstein/Einstein GPT + external ML frameworks) is also required.Required skills and qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.5-7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation.Strong expertise in AI/ML model building and deployment for real-time automation.Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions with Salesforce CRM (Einstein/Einstein GPT + external ML frameworks).This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative AI/ML solutions.
