Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Meta & Amazon Ads based in Mumbai. The role involves managing ad campaigns on Meta platforms and Amazon, driving performance through data-driven strategies, and optimizing ad spend to achieve business objectives. Daily tasks include performance monitoring, refining ad creatives, targeting strategies, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with broader business goals. The position also requires reporting on campaign metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement. QualificationsStrong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication skills to coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and clientsProficiency in marketing and sales to strategize, execute, and analyze ad campaigns effectivelyExperience in project management to ensure campaign timelines and objectives are met efficientlyAbility to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple tasksFamiliarity with Meta Ads Manager and Amazon Advertising toolsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
