Memory Technology ExpertWe are building a cutting-edge semiconductor foundry, focused on developing India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art facility. This will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU), and high-performance computing logic.Responsibilities include adding SRAM features to 28-110nm platform technologies.Design and layout of test chips to aid in device/technology optimization, reliability assessment, and SPICE model extraction.Our ideal candidate is an experienced R&D professional with expertise in SRAM technology.Key Responsibilities:Optimize the performance, noise margin, yield, and reliability of PG, PU, PD transistors.Thorough characterization and documentation of technical performance.Layout of WAT structures and release of technology to production.Collaborate with designers to specify competitive macros.Presentation to customers, peers, and executives.Manage overall project progress.The successful candidate will have:10+ years experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in memory technology.A proven track record of successfully transitioning new technologies into high-volume production.Effective problem-solving skills utilizing design of experiments and analytical tools.
