Job DescriptionAs a Technical Consultant, you will be working closely with customers to implement and customize the Moveworks platform.The Moveworks platform is designed to deliver AI-powered solutions that transform employee experiences. This role involves working on new Moveworks implementations for customers (greenfield projects), building AI agents on the Moveworks platform (brownfield projects), and utilizing your software development skills to enhance our product portfolio.Responsibilities:Learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform through on-the-job training.Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers.Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform.Utilize your software development skills to help enhance our product portfolio.Work closely with international colleagues and customers.Requirements:3+ years experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role.Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.Excellent back-end software development experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, Golang).Experience with APIs and integrations.Understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2, JWT).Understanding of JSON & XML.Experience using API tools like Postman or Insomnia.Excellent written and communication skills.Good technical documentation skills.Analytical thinker and good problem-solving skills.General understanding of AI technologies and terminologies.
