Role Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on AI Automation ML Engineer to design, build, and manage intelligent automation workflows across our enterprise ecosystem. 

The role involves orchestrating and optimizing processes, integrating with various systems, and enhancing efficiency using AI, workflow automation, and custom APIs. You will work closely with product owners, Leads and connected teams to deliver a modular, governed, and scalable AI automation solution. 


Key Responsibilities: 

·     Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate and Copilot Studio, Azure Functions, and custom scripting

·     Implement review loops and performance feedback capture using Teams adaptive cards and form inputs. 

·     Configure SharePoint as a backend for structured and versioned data and storage. 

·     Develop custom connectors and integrations to third-party tools via Power Automate HTTP connectors and REST APIs

·     Enable modular workflow components such as approvals, scheduling, localization, metadata tagging, and versioning. 

·     Implement logic for prompt-triggered AI output generation, approvals, and publishing workflows. 

·     Write lightweight Python scripts to handle API interactions, data enrichment, or orchestration logic. 

·     Integrate AI/ML models into workflows for tasks, leveraging frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch for Optimization and feedback-driven improvements. 

·     Create and manage Dev, Test, and Production environments in Power Platform. 

·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand use cases, design logic flows, and deliver usable solutions. 

·     Support QA, staging, and production deployments with appropriate validation and documentation. 

·     Monitor and optimize automation runs, handle exceptions, and implement retry logic. 

·     Implement logging, error handling, and audit tracking via SharePoint/Excel 

·     Ensure flows are modular, reusable, and governed for long-term scalability 

·     Conduct dry runs and validate routing and approvals 

·     Document definition of done (DoD), acceptance criteria, and flow logic 

·     Collaborate with Leads/Business Analyst/QA to validate scenarios across teams  


Required Skills & Experience: 

·     Proven expertise in building flows with Power Automate (cloud) and Microsoft Copilot Studio

·     Experience with SharePoint Online libraries and SharePoint Lists for storing structured data. 

·     Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Adaptive Cards with Copilot Studio, form inputs, and dynamic Teams message-based workflows for data collection and UI customization. 

·     Experience integrating HTTP connectors and consuming REST APIs, including OAuth 2.0 or token-based authentication. 

·     Knowledge of Python for building API handlers, JSON formatting, interacting with external APIs.

·     Familiarity with Agentic AI, LLMs SDKs, RL frameworks, working with PyTorch, Pandas, NLTK, spaCy or similar data processing libraries. 

·     Ability to set up development, staging, and production environments in the Power Platform ecosystem. 

·     Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, etc.).  

Desirable (Nice to Have): 

·     Proficiency in front-end development with React, integration with REST APIs and state management (e.g., Redux or Context API). 

·     Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., Drupal, WordPress) and how to integrate with them. 

·     Understanding of localization workflows, metadata tagging, and version control strategies. 

·     Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console). 


Preferred Qualifications: 

·     Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent 

·     Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 preferred) 

·     Experience with AI/ML API integration (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services) 

Soft Skills: 

·     Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and translate ideas into flows. 

·     Organized, structured, and curious mindset to manage iterative enhancements and feedback. 

·     Proactive in documenting flows, creating knowledge base articles, and conducting dry runs.
