Job DescriptionAs a key member of our Site Reliability Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining highly reliable, automated, and scalable systems.Utilizing your technical expertise, you will focus on enhancing Splunk databases, refining queries, and implementing robust DevOps practices to ensure seamless deployments and operational excellence across environments.Enhance and maintain Splunk databases to guarantee data integrity and reliability.Refine and optimize Splunk queries for peak performance, reducing query time and improving user experience.Troubleshoot and improve query efficiency to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.Manage deployments for non-production and production environments, ensuring timely and error-free releases.Automate deployments using Ansible and Terraform in Azure to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Handle manual interventions when required, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployments and infrastructure provisioning, streamlining processes and improving scalability.Optimize Splunk queries and dashboards for operational insights, providing valuable data-driven insights to stakeholders.Implement CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions to ensure smooth and efficient deployment pipelines.Deploy containerized applications and manage infrastructure in Azure, showcasing expertise in cloud-based technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and scalability, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices in SRE and DevOps, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
