INTRODUCTION:

We as a company have been making products from the waste fabric pieces collected at our stores.

Products like hand bound books, using embroidery samples in creating home furnishing products,

textile earrings are few of these regular products. We are now creating textile art pieces that can be

sold as exclusive artifacts.

We're seeking a skilled craft professional with experience in creating artisanal pieces or working on

commissioned projects. Proficiency in both hand and machine embroidery is essential. Prior

experience in the art-based craft sector is desirable, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will

possess a deep understanding of craft techniques and how to be efficient with them.

Job Description:

Design, conceptualize and Create art pieces from the available textile material in house. Understanding

the technical aspect of execution and make better choices for the costing and aesthetic part.

Skills and qualifications:

In depth knowledge of embroidery both hand and machine embroidery.

Craft based aesthetics and knowledge for being resourceful without compromising on the

essence.

Bachelors or masters in design specializing in textiles or craft based sector.

Solid understanding of design operations management and industry trends.

Good people management skill for better result outcome.

-

Prior experience with craft sector or art based projects will be appreciated.
