RPA Project Manager Job OverviewRPA Project ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced RPA Project Manager to lead the delivery of robotic process automation projects. The successful candidate will facilitate the mobilization, definition, development, and deployment phases.Lead multiple concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients.Establish project management plans, track milestones, and coordinate meetings with client stakeholders.Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.Facilitate resource planning, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Coordinate milestone deliverables, including PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases.Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks.Provide regular weekly status updates to the client and Program Manager.Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience.Minimum 2 years of project management experience.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc).Prior experience leading similar projects in robotics process automation (Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere).Leadership skills to inspire team members to achieve goals and pursue excellence.Understanding of value drivers, including ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions.Bonus Points - Prior work with OCR technologies (ABBYY, IBM Datacap, etc).
