DescriptionThe Dean for School of Business Management would be an Academician & a thought leader. He will be leading one of the Top 10 Management B-School in India. He should be a change master and a team leader. He should be ready to move along with the strengths and weakness of the school. He should have strong academic and administrative skills. Understand the emerging trend and opportunities, creative and innovative bent of mind. Should be technology savvy, an institutional builder, motivator, enhance productivity of faculty & be willing to act as a buffer between the Management & faculty. Being the Dean he will be responsible & planner for Schools academic & Financial performance. Also he should be accessible to students.The incumbent should have a Ph.D from a reputed University/Institute with min. 15 years of Academic and Administrative experience in the field and high quality research and publications. Should have strong linkages & network with the industry & academics. Should be well acquainted with the various Accreditation Agencies and Statutory bodies and the procedures. Shall be overall responsible for the academic growth of various core and sectoral programmes, quality improvement, periodical reviews, placement and industry collaboration. He/she is required to provide guidance in planning, coordination and implementation of academic programmes as per the UGC rules and regulations and other statutory bodies from time to time.
