Job Title: Ad Operations Lead

Location: Bangalore

Shift Time: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST

Experience: 5–8 years in ad quality, ad operations, and ad monetization

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage ad quality, operations, and monetization processes to ensure optimal campaign performance and revenue generation.
  • Lead a team of 3–5 members, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to achieve team goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to manage ad campaigns effectively.
  • Work closely with ad networks, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), and direct campaign stakeholders to streamline ad operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in ad networks/DSPs/SSPs and direct campaign management.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C, or C++.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing and mentoring a team of 3–5 individuals.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex ad operations tasks.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies in ad quality and ad monetization.
