Consulting OpportunityThe Consulting team is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join their like-minded team. As a key team member or lead in large or mega-deal engagements, you will support advisory teams in delivering consulting methodology and tools, and assist or lead in developing initial assessments, project plans, vendor research and selections, financial modeling, RFP creation, contract negotiations, and post-selection administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to large or mega-deal engagements within a specific business function.Support advisory teams in delivering consulting methodology and tools to assist client sourcing initiatives.Develop initial assessments, project plans, vendor research and selections, financial modeling, RFP creation, contract negotiations, and post-selection administrative tasks.Engage in thought leadership, practice, and IP development, including writing white papers and articles, creating sales and marketing collateral, and supporting presales activities with the onsite sales team.Work closely with senior leadership and client teams to ensure successful project delivery, providing guidance on client needs and requirements.Facilitate client workshops and presentations, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.Conduct data analysis, benchmarking, and market sourcing comparisons to support client decision-making.The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of recent experience in consulting engagements within the outsourcing industry, with significant experience in the deal advisory space. They should have a strong understanding of global corporate large deals practice, experience in advising clients on IT and sourcing strategy, and ability to perform assessment projects focused on evaluating clients' current IT environment and process maturity.We are committed to building a diverse team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
