The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pressure vessel manufacturing, with experience managing large teams and implementing process improvements.About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding position for an experienced professional who is passionate about leading and developing high-performing teams. As Lead Fabrication Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading a team of 300+ personnel to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.Implementing continuous improvement practices and modern manufacturing methodologies.Optimizing plant productivity, identifying bottlenecks, and defining actionable plans to improve efficiency.Maintaining a safe, disciplined, and collaborative work environment.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) or a related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in pressure vessel manufacturing or related fabrication, with a strong understanding of ASME or IIW standards.Proven experience managing large fabrication teams (300+ workforce).Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as Lead Fabrication Manager.
