Senior Dynamics 365 CE Solutions Architect

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to join our team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). They will also be responsible for implementing custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations.The role involves developing and enhancing CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources. Additionally, the candidate will build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations. Integration with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middleware is also a key aspect of the job.Key Responsibilities:Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE modulesImplement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizationsDevelop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web ResourcesBuild and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurationsIntegrate with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middlewareRequired Skills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRMStrong development experience with C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, plugins, custom workflow activities, PCF Controls (preferred), and hands-on experience with Dataverse schema design & securityA strong understanding of Solution Architecture, solution layering, and managed vs unmanaged solutionsExperience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud & BPF), and Power Platform ALM/PipelinesFamiliarity with Azure AD, OAuth2, and application registrationsPower Platform DevelopmentThe successful candidate will build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Custom Pages using Dataverse. They will also develop enterprise-grade Power Automate flows (cloud flows, business process flows) and implement Power Platform governance, solution-layered development, ALM pipelines, and environment strategy.Technical Architecture & DesignThe individual will participate in solution architecture with Architects and Leads. They will create high-level and low-level design documents, data models, and integration mappings. Ensuring adherence to best practices, Microsoft recommended patterns, and security & compliance standards is crucial for this role.],
