Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Upgrade Specialist Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will play a key role in leading the upgrade efforts of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to version 6.5.3.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement functional enhancements that cater to business needs and deliver value to stakeholders.Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance to support efficient operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and provide ongoing technical support to ensure business continuity.Document solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer among team members.Required Skills and Qualifications:At least two full OTM upgrade lifecycles under their belt.Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions, with a strong understanding of configurations, workflows, and integrations.Solid experience in Oracle Database administration and SQL/PLSQL development, with a focus on data management and security.Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM, including scalability and reliability considerations.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.A background in logistics or supply chain is highly desirable but not mandatory.
