Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated professional with 4-7 years of experience in Acquisitions and Asset Management to support our investment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, underwriting deals, managing financial due diligence, and overseeing asset performance.About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the execution of business plans throughout the investment lifecycle. They will assist in tracking financial performance, operating budgets, and cash flow projections for portfolio assets. Additionally, they will prepare monthly investor/lender reports and quarterly investor updates.
