Your recordings will contribute significantly towards training next-generation AI language and voice recognition models.About The ProjectThis exciting international project invites English speakers in India to join as Podcast Hosts or Co-Hosts and represent authentic English voices worldwide. As part of this endeavor, you will record high-quality audio sessions that can be used to train AI algorithms to better understand different voices, accents, and conversational styles.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must possess a clear speaking voice, excellent communication skills, and a laptop/desktop with stable internet connectivity (25 Mbps download, 5+ Mbps upload). Additionally, you should have a quiet recording environment and a noise-cancelling headset or microphone with good audio quality.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for individuals who enjoy conversations and storytelling, can confidently discuss everyday topics, and are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. While experience in podcasts, call centers, debates, or online discussions is preferred, it's not mandatory.Rates & Payment (India)You will be paid $4.00 USD per recording hour if you're hired as a Host, while Co-Hosts will receive $3.50 USD per recording hour. On top of your regular earnings, you may earn up to $70 bonus for completing your hours and refer friends to earn up to $2000+.
