Senior AI Solutions ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design and deploy cutting-edge, scalable artificial intelligence solutions. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative AI-driven solutions that meet organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Translate business requirements into comprehensive AI architectures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systemsDesign, develop, and implement end-to-end AI workflows leveraging RAG, agentic frameworks, and MLOps best practicesCollaborate with data scientists to develop and deploy production-ready AI models using transformer-based architecturesImplement RAG systems and fine-tune techniques for optimal performanceDevelop and integrate agentic systems to solve complex business problemsApply advanced prompt engineering techniques and output post-processing strategies to enhance model performanceDesign and implement MLOps pipelines including CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoringLead cross-functional project teams and mentor junior engineers to drive successful project deliveryStay current with emerging AI trends and contribute to the development of best practices within the organizationRequirements:6+ years of experience in AI/AI Engineering or MLOps roles, with at least 1 year as a Data ScientistProven expertise working with early LLM architectures (BERT, RoBERTa, GPT-2, T5, or similar transformer models)Demonstrable track record of deploying LLM-based models to production environmentsStrong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and Python programmingExperience with Azure cloud services and containerization for AI/ML workloadsHands-on experience with MLOps tools and practices (model deployment, monitoring, experiment tracking)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
