Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated computational biologist to join our team of experts in the field of Omics (NGS) analysis.The selected candidate will be responsible for working with diverse customers/partners in drug discovery and development, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of PhD level scientists, and performing day-to-day operational activities of Omics (NGS) related projects.Develop novel pipelines to optimize omics analysis implementation for core service areas including genomics data analysis, drug repurposing, biomarker identification, patient stratification, disease modelling, and data integration.Analyze raw sequence (scRNA-Seq/ATAC-Seq/WGS/Chip-Seq/RNA-Seq/Exome sequencing & genome assembly /annotations) data and downstream systematic interpretation.
