Job Title: Finance Trainee
Location: India (Remote)
Position Overview:
As a Finance Trainee you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
- Prepare, issue, and manage invoices to clients.- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue accounts.- Maintain accurate records of all invoicing activities and update the accounting system.
Salary Administration:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.- Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
Payments and Transactions:
- Process accounts payable and receivable.- Manage and reconcile company bank accounts.- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.- Assist with internal and external audits.
Other Duties:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.- Continuously improve financial processes and procedures.- All the admin related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Experience or knowledge in a finance role, preferably within a recruiting or service-oriented company.- Experience or knowledge in working for a Swedish or European organization within finance is preferable- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- High level of integrity and professionalism.
