We are seeking an accomplished 3D Animation Specialist to collaborate on projects that bring ideas to life.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, rig, and animate 3D characters, props, and environments for use in digital media, games, marketing content, or product visualization.Create engaging motion sequences that enhance storytelling and visual impact through a combination of artistic vision and technical expertise.Collaborate with designers, modelers, and project managers to align creative direction and ensure successful project outcomes.Optimize 3D assets for real-time applications and smooth playback, ensuring seamless integration into various platforms.Assist with rendering, lighting, and compositing tasks as needed, leveraging advanced tools and techniques to deliver high-quality results.Maintain quality, style consistency, and adherence to project timelines, delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders.Revise work based on team or client feedback in a timely manner, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as a 3D Animator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical expertise and creative vision.Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D, with a focus on achieving efficient workflows and optimal results.Strong understanding of rigging, timing, and animation principles, combined with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.Experience with rendering engines (Cycles, Arnold, Redshift, etc.), allowing for flexibility and adaptability in meeting diverse project requirements.Aesthetic sensibility, coupled with effective communication skills, to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding results.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.Reliable internet connection and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools, facilitating seamless communication and information exchange.BenefitsThis is a full-time opportunity that offers the chance to grow professionally and personally, working on diverse projects and collaborating with experienced professionals.
