Quality Assurance Specialist

Job OverviewThis role focuses on process reviews and training to enhance quality assurance standards.Main Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive quality audits across various departments to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement training programs to reinforce quality standards, including 'Process Refresher' and 'New Hire' trainings.Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to ensure they understand and execute quality protocols effectively.Identify skill gaps based on process review findings and collaborate with management to develop targeted training initiatives.Design and deliver training materials and SOPs to maintain consistency in quality assurance practices throughout the organization.Analyze audit results and create reports highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.Recommend, implement, and monitor corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.Make recommendations to minimize process variation and eliminate errors.Track and escalate unresolved issues to senior management for timely resolution.Supply management with regular reports detailing observations from audits.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conducting voice and non-voice audits.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.Key Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality-related issues.Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
