Legal Associate RoleThis role offers the opportunity to own and scale our US contracting function, supporting a fast-growing sales motion. About the Job:The successful candidate will have 5+ years of PQE in a tech or fast-growth environment, with experience in US commercial contracting.Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements (MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements, NDAs, teaming arrangements, etc.)Drive deals to close by partnering with Sales, Finance, and Implementation teams to accelerate revenue while protecting company interestsIdentify commercial and legal risks early and propose practical, business-friendly mitigationsCounsel internal teams on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and intellectual property issues across multiple jurisdictionsTranslate complex legal positions into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyersTrack legal trends in tech, AI, and data regulation; brief leadership on emerging risk areasDevelop templates, playbooks, and deal trackers that streamline operationsContribute to strategic initiatives that shape how we do business globallyYour Skills and Qualifications:A qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE, ideally in a tech (SaaS/product) or fast-growth environmentExperience in US commercial contracting (enterprise sales preferred)Confident negotiating with large customers and procurement teamsAdept at privacy and IP counseling, including data transfer and AI-related issuesA strategic doer—equally comfortable drafting complex contracts and advising execsA clear communicator who can disagree without drama and get things doneThrives in ambiguity, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys solving legal puzzles fast
