IT Security StrategistThe ideal candidate will drive the improvement of our IT security posture by:engaging with technology stakeholders to proactively identify cybersecurity risks at a detailed and technical level;designing and implementing technical risk mitigating measures;supporting compliance programs for risk management and information security standards;and monitoring and investigating security alerts.Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks by designing technical solutions and working with appropriate teams to implement them. This includes security risks in developed systems, infrastructure, office networks, etc.Assess and evaluate IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, systems, etc. that we use to achieve business objectives, especially in the context of cryptocurrency. These include company assets, cloud infrastructure, self-developed software, third-party vendors, and software service providers, etc., to ensure they align with our security and regulatory requirements.Work closely with the project management office to maintain and improve our technology risk management compliance and ISO 27001 certification by crafting policies and developing key security and technical processes. Effectively communicate with auditors, regulators, etc., to explain our security posture.Monitor systems, investigate cybersecurity alerts, and respond appropriately while keeping senior management informed of emerging situations. Create and conduct IT security training programs for employees.
