Focusing on the Treasurers and Finance Departments of Corporate and Commercial clients and Financial Institutions across the Globe, our Universal Expertise and Global Network allows us to offer truly integrated and effective solutions.Role DescriptionThe ITIL Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Change Management process within the team/ organization you are assigned to.This role involves ensuring the effective and efficient handling of IT infrastructure and business application changes, avoiding unplanned downtime, and maintaining service quality.The ITIL Change Manager will work closely with various Application IT and Infrastructure stakeholders to ensure changes are implemented smoothly and successfully.The ITIL Change Manager works as a support organization to Production Support teams. Good technical background to debug changes related incidents/outages and challenge implementation, rollback, verification plans.Keen attention to detail and analytical skills.ServiceNow ITSM expertise (Change/Incident/Problem), report building, and data extraction.Excellent communication and stakeholder management (technical and non-technical).ITIL qualification (v3/v4) or equivalent practical mastery.Being a Team player and People Management experience is an advantage as you will need to liaise with multiple stakeholders.Skills That Will Help You ExcelSelf-motivated with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
