Job Description – Video Editor (with Motion Graphics) Company: 4PM News Network Location: Dwarka, Delhi (On-site) Job Type: Full-time About Us 4PM News Network is a fast-growing digital news platform known for bold journalism, powerful storytelling, and high-impact video content. We are expanding our editorial and creative team and looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with strong Motion Graphics abilities to help elevate our visual quality. Key Responsibilities Edit news videos, interviews, explainers, and YouTube content with high-speed turnaround. Create engaging motion graphics , lower-thirds, transitions, animated titles, and info-graphics. Craft compelling narratives using footage, sound, effects, and visual elements. Re-purpose long videos into shorts, reels, and vertical content with strong hooks. Work closely with anchors, producers, and the editorial team to maintain brand style. Color correction, audio cleanup, sound mixing & final output delivery. Manage media assets, project files, and follow an efficient workflow. Add creative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience retention. Ensure high-quality exports optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms. Required Skills Advanced video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve. Motion Graphics proficiency in After Effects (must-have). Ability to design animated elements, info-graphics, transitions, and explainer visuals. Strong understanding of pace, storytelling, music beats & editorial sensibility. Knowledge of aspect ratios, social-first editing & digital content trends. Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce fast, clean edits. Preferred Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in news, digital media, YouTube channels, or content studios. Experience editing political, social, or ground-reporting content is a plus. Basic graphic design skills in Photoshop/Illustrator. Understanding of YouTube analytics & retention strategy is an advantage.
