Your primary goal will be to create engaging content, campaigns, and workflows that resonate with our audience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and refine our tone of voice: Craft bold, human-centric messaging that aligns with our values and resonates with our audience.Content creation: Design and produce high-quality, high-vibe content (memes, carousels, reels, short-form videos, threads) using AI tools like Claude.Marketing workflow automation: Utilize n8n, MCP, and CRM tools to streamline marketing processes, freeing up time for creative endeavors.Campaign launch: Develop and execute innovative campaigns like Aligned Hiring or Dreams → Teams, leveraging your expertise in storytelling and narrative trends.Community building: Nurture our online presence across various platforms, including , X (Twitter), Instagram, and email, ensuring seamless engagement and growth.Collaboration and performance tracking: Work closely with founders, designers, and engineers to track key metrics, audience engagement, and 'vibe health,' driving continuous improvement.What We're Looking ForExperience: 2-5 years in branding, content marketing, or social media, with a proven track record of success in a startup environment.Skills: Deep fluency in internet culture, memes, and narrative trends; hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, GPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.; familiarity with marketing automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, MCPs).Personal qualities: Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn features into compelling narratives.Bonus points: Experience with content tools like HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, Webflow, and basic design/video editing and community management skills.BenefitsAt Talentz.ai, we offer a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that encourages autonomy, creativity, and experimentation.
