This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud, specifically in payroll functional for India and US legislation.This individual will be responsible for working on all phases of the project, from requirement gathering to production support, including CRP, SIT, UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, and hyper care support.The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, ability to understand and solve explicit and implicit requirements, and excellent communication skills to develop other colleagues.This role also requires extensive experience in business process analytics, requirement definition, solution design, building detailed functional specification documents, test case preparations, and functional testing.Basic Requirements:Candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experiences till go live and hyper care support.Ability to integrate payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules is a must.
