Salesforce Vlocity/Omni studio Tech Lead

Desired Candidate:
- 10+ year Vlocity experience
- Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.
- Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
- Develop and maintain high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes
- Develop scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture
- Lead integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors
- Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps
- Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring secure and high-performance solutions
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team
- Good communication skills.
- Vlocity certified.
