Cybersecurity Sales Director Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in India and the APAC region.Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring seamless execution and high-value engagements with CISOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers.BUILD STRONG ENTERPRISE RELATIONSHIPS WITH C-LEVEL EXECUTIVES AND STRATEGIC DECISION-MAKERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH AND EXPANSION.Work closely with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to position solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers, including Zero Trust, IAM, SOC, Cloud Security, OT Security, SASE, and AI-driven security.Requirements:A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise/IT/cybersecurity sales, preferably with OEM or SI experience.5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of selling cybersecurity solutions and exceeding quotas.Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, including NGFW, SIEM, IAM (Okta/SailPoint), Endpoint Protection (CrowdStrike/Defender), Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP), Zero Trust, MITRE, NIST, and ISO 27001.Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are highly valued.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling cybersecurity business.The chance to work with senior leadership across APAC and contribute to shaping the company's strategic direction.
