2.Project Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Conduct periodic evaluations of ongoing projects to assess their effectiveness and impact.
  • Develop detailed analytical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights.

3.Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including manpower budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure financial compliance with government and organizational guidelines.
  • Generate financial forecasts and reports for decision-making.

4.Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with government agencies, CSR committees, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, reviews, and discussions related to project execution.

5.Data Analysis and Management:

  • Utilize advanced Excel and analytical tools to manage and analyze project data.
  • Develop dashboards and visual reports to track project progress and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.

6.Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of projects.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and interns.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and innovation within the team.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in CSR, project evaluation, and manpower budgeting, preferably with exposure to government projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of CSR regulations and project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
