Infrastructure Project Manager Role SummaryWe are seeking experienced professionals to lead and manage complex infrastructure projects.Project Execution & PlanningOversee the execution of building and land infrastructure development projects from start to completion.Develop and review project schedules, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies.Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and risk assessments.Site Management & SupervisionMonitor site activities, contractor performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Ensure timely completion of milestones.Resolve technical issues at site and ensure adherence to project design.Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.Organize and participate in project review meetings.Communicate project updates, delays, and mitigation plans to management.Quality, Safety & ComplianceEvaluate implementation of QA/QC procedures, material testing, and inspection protocols.Maintain site safety and environmental compliance in line with statutory norms.Verify and approve contractor bills, measurements, and documentation.Resource OptimizationReview and optimize resource utilization for cost-effective project execution.Validate material specifications and ensure timely availability at site.Requirements include B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering (mandatory), 7-10 years of experience in building construction and land development projects, strong knowledge of civil engineering design and project management, proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
