Expert Model Trainer Job DescriptionDeep specialization in expert human data for powering frontier models, including coding SFT and RLHF models. Our team comprises STEM professionals, PhD holders, mathematicians, and experts in domain-specific fields.This is a remote contract role requiring an experienced professional in training large language models (LLMs) for coding in Bash/Shell, Rust, and SQL. Key responsibilities include creating and executing strategies to train, fine-tune, and evaluate advanced coding models.Preprocess dataDevelop training pipelinesDebug issuesQualifications:Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting/Rust/SQL programming languagesExperience in building, fine-tuning, and training large language models for specific use casesStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in AI/ML model developmentAt least 3 years of professional experience with any of the above languages relevant to LLM training, coding, or software developmentRelevant degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a similar field; advanced degrees (MS/PhD) preferredExperience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) is considered a plusAbility to work independently in a fast-paced remote work environmentBenefits of this Role: Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI and machine learning projects Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional growth and skill enhancement
