Post-project activities such as user training, UAT, change management, and post-go-live support must also be overseen.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience in managing SAP SuccessFactors projects, specifically Employee Central and Talent Modules, is essential.A deep understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors module workflow is required.Strong project management skills, covering scope, schedule, cost, and quality, are necessary.Experience with project tools like MS Project or Azure DevOps is preferred.Excellent communication, leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are critical.PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
