As an AI Expert, you will design, develop, and implement innovative AI-driven solutions by leveraging data science and machine learning techniques. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, crafting AI models, validating datasets, and ensuring their integration into operational workflows. You will also monitor AI system performance, optimize algorithms, and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI to recommend and implement emerging technologies.Qualifications Experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science methodologies, including algorithm design and model optimization. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Knowledge of data preprocessing, validation, and visualization techniques, along with experience in handling large datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret data-driven insights. Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is a plus. Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience in industries served by Straive, like EdTech, Financial Services, or Pharma, is advantageous.
