Machine Learning EngineerWe're looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing and building large-scale, reliable ML systems. This involves developing and enhancing our open-source Observability Platform to add AI capabilities that power critical insights across enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities:Building AI/ML Features: Develop and maintain AI/ML features for our open-source Observability Platform built on Grafana and ClickHouse.Collaboration and Deployment: Collaborate with SREs, service owners, and observability SMEs to ensure scalable, reliable ML model deployment.Data Pipelines: Design and manage data pipelines using Databricks and related tools.CI/CD and MLOps: Use CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model deployment and testing.Infrastructure Management: Deploy and manage ML infrastructure on AWS or Azure.MCP Integration: Set up and integrate MCP servers and connect tools across observability systems.Performance Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot ML system performance and reliability using OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metrics.Requirements:Educational Background: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Experience: Proven experience designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production.Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with LLMs/MCPs, Grafana, and Databricks. Strong coding skills in Python.Familiarity: Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Solid understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces).Best Practices: Experience implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines for ML systems. Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring best practices.
