Senior Renewable Energy Solutions Specialist

Job OverviewThis position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving growth through innovative pre-sales technical support and solutions.Main Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional technical communication and support for grid-connected inverters, energy storage converters, and related products.Develop compelling product strategies to enhance sales performance and drive business success.Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and secure project wins.Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry standards to inform product development and lifecycle management decisions.Provide comprehensive training to customers on product features, installation, and commissioning best practices.Support marketing efforts through local events, technical presentations, and promotional content creation.Promote internal coordination with headquarters to advance SKD and CKD manufacturing models.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or relevant fields.A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.Proficiency in PVsyst and CAD software applications.Detailed understanding of power electronic conversion equipment, energy storage batteries, and low-voltage distribution systems.Strong communication, coordination, and execution capabilities.Ability to travel frequently as needed.Prior experience working with leading PV inverter or energy storage converter companies in utility-scale projects is highly valued.Benefits and Advantages:This role offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package.Additional Information:Please note that this job posting does not include any company-specific details or contact information.
