We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our backend development team as a Senior Backend Engineer. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-quality, maintainable code with strong emphasis on unit testing and integration testing.Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure performance, availability, and reliability of backend systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product.Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable microservices, designing RESTful APIs, and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in backend development.Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Spring Boot.Solid hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.Strong experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing unit and integration tests.Nice-to-Have:Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.This is a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of a dynamic team that fosters creativity, innovation, and growth.
