Demonstrates strong technical proficiency, project management capabilities, and effective communication with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that optimize business processes.Core Competencies- OnBase Modules & Functionality:- Configuration and management using OnBase Configuration and Management Console- Client support for Thick Client, Unity Client, and Web Client platforms- Workflow design and development, including WorkView and Unity forms- Integration with external systems via OnBase API development- Experience with document scanning modules, DIP, COLD, App Enabler, Host Enabler, Barcodes, DocPop, AutoFill, and Keyword Updater- Technical Skills:- Programming: C#, .NET, Java, HTML, JavaScript, XML, XSLT- Database administration and scripting: Microsoft SQL Server- Web services: SOAPUI, RESTful APIs [Onbase Resource]- Certifications:- Hyland OnBase Certified Installer or Specialist (preferred) [Onbase Resource]Professional Experience- Develops custom applications and forms within the OnBase environment- Designs and automates workflows to streamline business operations- Conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)- Integrates OnBase with other enterprise systems to enhance functionality and data flow [Onbase Resource]Soft Skills- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting of complex technical issues- Effective communication and coordination with technical teams and business stakeholders- Project management experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies; manages multiple projects concurrently- Deep understanding of ECM principles and ability to tailor solutions to meet specific business needs
