We are looking for a talented and confident Lead Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Softxai Technology Private Limited. As a full-stack developer, you will play a key role in leading the development team, ensuring high-quality code, and maintaining coding standards.

This is a full-time "Work from Office" position based in Hyderabad, with very limited work-from-home allowed as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the software development team, providing technical direction and mentorship.
  • Develop and maintain web applications using NodeJS, ReactJS, and NestJS.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Set and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Review and approve code, perform debugging, and ensure the team's output meets quality benchmarks.
  • Communicate complex technical ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders and team members.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to project timelines and contribute effectively to the project’s success.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS, and NestJS.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior developers, and manage project deliverables.
  • Strong focus on writing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment is a plus.
