Job Title: Advanced AI Model DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Advanced AI Model Developer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge generative AI models and algorithms.Design, prototype and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion models) for enterprise use cases.Build and fine-tune LLM-based applications (chatbots, summarization, document Q&A, report generation, code assistants, etc.).Apply prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and context-aware pipelines to ensure accuracy and relevance.Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs and data stores using Python, Java or Node.js backends.Collaborate with architects to define scalable and secure AI service architectures.The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing AI/ML pipelines for model training, validation and deployment.They will also be able to manage model evaluation, drift monitoring and continuous improvement processes.Additionally, they will optimize inference performance and cost, ensure compliance with AI ethics and security standards, and prepare and curate training datasets.They will also work with vector databases for semantic retrieval use cases, partner with business stakeholders to identify and shape AI use cases, and contribute to the creation of a strategic AI adoption roadmap.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement AI/ML models for various use cases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into enterprise systems.Design and implement efficient AI pipelines for model training and deployment.Ensure compliance with AI ethics and security standards.As an Advanced AI Model Developer, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and growth through the development of cutting-edge AI models and algorithms.We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity and continuous learning.Our team is passionate about developing innovative AI solutions that drive real-world impact.Join us in shaping the future of AI and contributing to the development of next-generation AI models and algorithms.
