We are seeking a highly skilled Conversion and Visa Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients.In this role, you will be responsible for converting applications to paid students, working closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of potential students to the enrollment phase. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will enable you to provide top-quality admissions support to applicants, agents, and academic decision-makers.Your key responsibilities will include:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date application pipelines;Collaborating with sales teams to ensure seamless application processing;Providing CRM training to new joiners or agents as required;Document collection and follow-ups with agents and students;Assessing documents at the visa stage to ensure they meet regional requirements;Coordinating with the Compliance team for final review and release of visa letters;Pipeline tracking and reporting;Communication with BDMs and Heads on important updates and new communications;Maintaining follow-up on refund cases raised by BD teams;To succeed in this role, you will need:An undergraduate degree or equivalent;Experience in the Overseas Education industry;Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills;Ability to manage a diverse workload independently and as part of a team;A cool and calm temperament; andAbility to multitask and handle pressures.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys process improvement and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
