Job Title: Senior DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and excellent problem-solving skills.Design and develop ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator to facilitate seamless data integration between various sources and targets.Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications.Optimize existing ODI processes for performance and scalability, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data management best practices and ensure data quality.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ODI and data integration workflows as they arise.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration projects, with a strong focus on Oracle Data Integrator.Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with hands-on experience in database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and techniques.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a talented team of developers and data professionals.Chance to work on challenging and diverse projects.Professional growth and development opportunities.Others:We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
