Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the development and maintenance of backend services utilizing Java, Flink, Python, and Kafka.Translate business objectives into technical requirements, establishing clear implementation strategies.Architect and optimize real-time data pipelines and event-driven microservices.Manage and monitor distributed systems using New Relic, Splunk, and Airflow.Collaborate with AWS services (PostgreSQL, Aurora, DynamoDB) to create and maintain cloud-based solutions.Ensure Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices are implemented using Terraform or CloudFormation.Implement DevOps principles for deployment and scalability using Kubernetes and Docker.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 7–10 years of experience in backend development and team leadership.Proven expertise in Kafka and event-driven architecture.Strong command over Java, Python, and AWS Cloud Services.Hands-on experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, New Relic, and Splunk.Excellent problem-solving ability with a DevOps mindset.Effective communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders.
